European delivery

EU Peptides dispatches orders from EU-held stock to supported destinations in Europe. Available destinations, shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times depend on your address and are shown at checkout.

Dispatch and tracking

After payment is confirmed, orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. This is the order-preparation period; carrier transit time is additional. When tracking is available, dispatch and tracking details are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Carrier scans can take time to appear after collection.

Delivery estimates and costs

For many EU destinations, delivery is estimated at 3–7 days after dispatch. Delivery to Nordic and Baltic destinations may take 10–14 days. Estimates are not guarantees and can vary by destination, carrier, public holidays, and local conditions.

Standard EU shipping starts from €4.99, core EU GLS shipping is €17.99, and orders over €200 qualify for free shipping, where available. The methods and charges shown at checkout for your delivery address are the final options for your order.

Delivery address and local requirements

Check that your name, street address, postcode, country, and contact details are complete and accurate. Delivery availability can vary by country and product. Customers are responsible for checking local requirements that apply to purchasing or receiving research materials. For EU deliveries, no customs paperwork is required.

Delays or delivery problems

Carrier disruption, weather, public holidays, and address checks can affect delivery. If tracking has not changed for an unusual period or your parcel has not arrived within the estimate, contact EU Peptides with your order number so we can review the shipment.
